We are Henries 2025 Finalists!

We’re delighted to announce that Dean Morris Cards has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2025 Henries Awards, often referred to as the UK greeting card industry’s Oscar’s. The Henries celebrate outstanding design, creativity, and innovation across the industry. To be recognised among such exceptional talent is an honour in itself.

We are particularly proud that our Fabulous range has been nominated for the Henry Cole Classic – the award that holds a unique place in the Henries as it acknowledges card ranges that have truly stood the test of time. Named after Sir Henry Cole – the man credited with sending the world’s first commercially produced Christmas card in 1843 – it celebrates designs that embody lasting appeal and enduring connection.

This nomination is a big deal for us because it means our cards aren’t just a flash in the pan. They’ve lasted. They still make people laugh. They’re still the ones you reach for when you want to send something a little cheeky, a little naughty, and very, very Dean Morris Cards.

It’s been over 25 years since Dean first decided to sell some cards.  Who knew he would have a card range that’s now up for an award named after the bloke who started it all?

We’re in brilliant company with the other nominees and we can’t wait for the awards night later this year. Whether we win or not, we’ll definitely raise a glass (or three) to celebrate making it this far.
